Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
The short version
This website sets no advertising cookies and no retargeting pixels. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share browsing data. We do use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, and because it sets cookies, it does not load until you accept it. Decline, or simply never answer, and it is never requested. Everything else on the site works identically either way.
We sell governance, risk, and compliance software. Handling our own data collection carelessly would be a poor advertisement for it, so this page lists everything specifically rather than speaking in generalities.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work and keep it safe from abuse. Under both the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR, strictly necessary technologies do not require prior consent, because switching them off would break the service you asked for.
| Service | Provider | What it does | What it stores | Where | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| su-analytics-consent-v1 | Sentinel Unity (first party) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask again and never load analytics you declined. | Local storage, not a cookie. Never sent to our servers. | Whole site | Until you clear your browser storage |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare, Inc. | Confirms a person, not a bot, submitted the demo request or contact form. Without it those forms would be a spam target. | Third-party storage set on challenges.cloudflare.com, not on our domain. No cross-site advertising profile is built. | Demo request and contact pages only | Short-lived, for the duration of the challenge |
| su-attribution-v1 | Sentinel Unity (first party) | Remembers which page you arrived on and, if you followed a link or a campaign, where from. Attached to a demo request or contact message so we know which page or article prompted it. | Session storage, not a cookie. Sent to us only if you choose to submit a form, and never used to build a profile or shown to anyone else. | Whole site | Until you close the browser tab |
Analytics, only with your consent
We measure traffic so we can tell which pages help buyers and which waste their time. Two services do this, and they are treated differently here because they behave differently.
| Service | Provider | What it does | What it stores | Where | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_<id>) | Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC | Measures which pages people read, how they arrived, and which journeys lead to a demo request, so we can improve the site. | First-party cookies set on our own domain, holding a randomly generated identifier for your browser. No name, email, or account data is sent to Google. | Whole site, and only after you accept | Up to 2 years, or until you decline or clear site data |
| Vercel Web Analytics | Vercel Inc. | Counts page views and referrers in aggregate, so we know which pages are useful and which are not. | No cookie and no browser storage. Visitors are counted using a hash of IP address and browser type that rotates daily and cannot be reversed. | Whole site | The hash is discarded daily. No visitor profile is retained. |
Google Analytics 4 requires consent, so we ask first. Nothing is downloaded from Google and no Google cookie exists on your device unless you press Accept. When you do, we run it in a restricted configuration: Google Consent Mode is set with advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation all denied, IP anonymisation on, and Google Signals off. The data is used to count and segment visits to this website, not to build an advertising audience. Google acts as our processor for it, and processing may take place on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the standard contractual clauses in Google’s data processing terms.
Vercel Web Analytics stores nothing on your device at all, which is why it runs regardless of your choice. It counts visitors using a hash of IP address and browser type that rotates daily and cannot be reversed, so it cannot follow you to another site or recognise you tomorrow. It does process your IP address to generate that hash, which is why we disclose it here rather than staying silent about it.
Change your mind at any time
Whatever you chose, you can change it here. Turning analytics off stops the tag loading and expires the Google cookies already stored on this device.
Your analytics choice
Checking your current setting…
What we do not use
- Advertising, remarketing, or retargeting pixels of any kind
- Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tags, or Meta Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag or any other ad-network tracker
- Google Signals, ad personalisation, or sharing analytics data with Google’s advertising products
- Session recording, heatmaps, or mouse-movement capture
- Cross-site tracking, data brokers, or the sale of any visitor data
- Third-party fonts loaded at page view. Our typeface is served from our own servers, so no request reaches an outside font provider.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps short-lived request logs that include IP addresses. These exist to deliver pages, diagnose faults, and defend against attack. They are not cookies, they are not used for marketing, and they are not combined with the analytics described above.
Your choices
Analytics cookies are opt-in. Declining costs you nothing: no page, form, or feature behaves differently, and we do not ask again. If you close the banner without answering, that counts as a no, and nothing loads.
You can switch your choice at any time from the control above. Clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings also removes the consent record and any Google Analytics cookies, after which the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Google additionally offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, if you would rather not rely on individual sites honouring your choice.
Blocking scripts from challenges.cloudflare.com will prevent the demo request form from being submitted, because the security check cannot complete. Every other page will work normally.
If this changes
If we ever add a technology that does require your consent, we will ask for it before that technology loads, with a genuine option to decline, and we will update this page first. A notice that appears after the tracking has already started is not consent.
