Information We Collect

When you submit a demo request, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, job title, country, and industry. This information is used solely to schedule and deliver your requested product demonstration.

Cookies and Tracking

We set no advertising cookies. There is no advertising pixel, no retargeting tag, and no session recording on this site, and we do not sell visitor data or follow you across other websites.

What we do use is limited to three things:

• Google Analytics 4, only if you accept it. It sets first-party cookies to measure how the site is used, so we ask before loading it and it stays off unless you say yes. We run it with advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation denied, so it is not used to build advertising audiences. You can withdraw consent at any time from our Cookie Policy page, which also deletes the cookies it set.
• Cookieless traffic counting. We count page views and referrers in aggregate using Vercel Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device and identifies no one.
• A bot check on the demo form. Cloudflare Turnstile confirms that a person, not a script, submitted a demo request. It runs only on that page and is a security measure, not marketing.

Our Cookie Policy lists every item individually, including what it stores, where it runs, and how long it lasts.

Website Analytics and Server Logs

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes your IP address to deliver pages, keep short-lived request logs, and defend the site against attack. Vercel Web Analytics also processes IP address momentarily to generate a daily, irreversible hash used for counting; the hash is discarded and no visitor profile is kept. If you accepted analytics cookies, Google acts as our processor for Google Analytics and may process that data outside your country, including in the United States, under the standard contractual clauses in its data processing terms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as email delivery services) who assist us in operating our website, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention

We retain demo request information for up to 24 months, after which it is securely deleted unless you have become a customer.
